Minimum Requirements:

• Under general direction, designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code using Java 8
• Knowledge of Rest API architectures
• Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 2013 and above; especially pivot tables and pivot charts
• Experience with QA testing of web applications
• Software development/engineering experience with simulation modeling and distributed systems
• Experience with software development life-cycle products from requirements, design, implementation, and testing phases
• Knowledge of Department of Defense and U.S. Army organization, regulations, standards, processes, and procedures
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers about application issues
• Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently and in a team
• Position can be executed remotely, with a requirement for occasional on-site meetings
• Holds a current minimum Secret Clearance or held one during the last two years
