Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Direct experience with senior leader communication of complex technologies.
  • Direct experience with conducting senior leader forums to independently review program technologies.
  1. contractor shall provide programmatic and system operational support to PEO IEW&S in support of high priority exercises and demonstrations to include but not limited to Project Convergence, Defender, and MDO Live. contractor shall provide programmatic and system operational support to Ft. Liberty, NC and other User locations by:
  • Providing subject matter expertise on PEO IEW&S programs and operational user needs
  • Act as liaison to the Ft. Liberty (Bragg), NC community and other locations to include and not limited to Ft. Cavasos (Hood), Ft. Bliss, Ft. Moore (Benning), Training Centers
  • Attending meetings with Users and communicating PEO IEW&S priorities to stakeholders
  • Coordinating with PEO and PM Leadership on program issues and provide feedback from users on operational issues, challenges, and opportunities associated with systems produced, fielded, and sustained by PEO IEW&S
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating the program documentation supporting the acquisition process to include: documents required by laws, regulations, directives, and policies such as the U.S. Code Title 10 DODD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 8500.01 (Cybersecurity), DoDI 8510.01 RMF for DoD, Information IT), and AR 70-1

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years related work experience is required.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Former Military experience preferred O-5 and above.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills at the SES / General Officer Level

Preferred Qualification/Requirements:

  • Understands Acquisition Programs management

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor Degree- Management, Engineering, Business or Sciences

Travel Required:

  • Possibly 30-40% travel
