Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide program management support for each program to perform the identified SOW tasks efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements.
Participate as a member of a Government-led team when directed by the COR.
Participate in a TO Kick-Off meeting between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), COR, and Contractor to review SOW requirements and to understand work scope and deliverables and provide meeting minutes following the meeting.
Prepare and maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP) for each program, to include:
- Description of the planned schedule to include all milestones and deliverables.
- Identification of each process step required for completing the work.
- Period of time needed to accomplish each step;
- Description of the staffing resources allocated to each task, i.e., staffing plan / resource assignments based on the timeline expectations and Provider recommended sequencing, including, as appropriate, coordination with sub-contracting partners; and
- Rationale for the project organization, staff utilization, and other resource allocations.
- Provide Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for each program based on the deliverables identified in this SOW.
- Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) for each program to provide requirements specified in this SOW; the QCP must support the Government’s Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) functions in accordance with the approved QCP.
- Provide Monthly Financial Reports (MFRs) for each program.
- Meet monthly or quarterly with the Program Office and COR for a Program Management Review (PMR) at a mutually agreed upon location when directed by the COR for each program
- Provide a project schedule for each program that aligns with the PMP.
- Provide TO Transition-In and Transition-Out Support
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:
- 15 relevant years’ experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required.
Minimum Education Required:
- Bachelors degree; can be engineering, math, or science degrees.
Substitution for Education:
- Bachelor’s in business, Information systems, business systems, management information systems, etc.
