Envision Innovative Solutions, is seeking a brilliant Principal TechSIGINT Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. 

Primary Responsibilities:

 • The TechSIGINT Analyst will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission
 • Provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs
 • Shall have experience in the capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities. • Shall have experience performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.
 • Shall have experience leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.
 • Shall have experience in the development and execution; requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
 • Shall have experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE , REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.

Required Skills:

​​​​ • 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
 •  A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields. Additional four years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Security Clearance Requirement: Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

The projected compensation range for this position is $203,000.00-$211,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
