Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer business needs analysis to identify customer needs/requirements

• Develop requirements specification to create future product. Utilize appropriate techniques of business analysis: models of processes and structures, user interface prototypes, use cases, etc.

• Specify each requirement in specification form.

• Draw up future products requirements - communication with stakeholders - developers, customers, end-users

• Requirements analysis - different methodologies and notations usage - prototyping, surveys, brainstorming, existing documentation analysis and competitors

• Requirements formalization - separation on business, functional and non-functional requirements

• Requirements management - processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements

• Requirements transmission between the developers and the client

• Attend/lead project team and customer meetings

• Work with the analysis tools: charts, diagrams, models and prototypes

• Advise developers and QA during product development and negotiate with customer any disputable issue.

• Assists in identifying potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks.

• Identifies project interdependencies and communicates requirement/scope issues and participates in driving them to resolution for inclusion in system requirements.

• Translates business and user requirements into user stories for the technology organization and manage changes to the source documents.

• Assists with the development of the testing strategy.

• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with technology teams and business partners at management and end user levels.

• Coordinates closely with business and system owners and stakeholders to determine business requirements and high level system requirements.

• Supports the development of and maintains project concept definition and analysis artifacts to include business needs statements, research, non-technical alternative analysis, feasibility analyses, and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS).

• Participates in governance meetings to ensure required documentation meets business requirements.

• Documents meeting minutes and follow-up on action items as needed.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:

• US Citizenship and a current Secret Clearance or having held one during the last two years. (History of higher clearance a plus)

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least eight (8) years of experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in design, development and implementation of mission critical web applications.

• General knowledge of system software development lifecycles, including requirements generation, design, code, verification and test, systems integration, maintenance, and

• support as it relates to an AGILE process/workflow.
