Envision is seeking an experienced production, test & maintenance engineer to serve as engineering support for power generation systems, environmental control units, shelter systems, and batteries. This support will be for the Acquisition management, Production, Testing, Maintenance, and Supportability of current and future force of C4ISR weapon systems. Other duties as assigned/required within the scope of the contract.

Candidate preferred to have 10 or more years' experience in the following:

• Engineers who have prior experience managing/supporting DOD/Army acquisition programs.
• The technology areas being supported are mobile electric power generation and distribution, various battery designs/technologies for C5ISR weapon systems (i.e. i.e. batteries used in radios, sensors, handheld electronics, etc.), and environmental control systems.
• Functional experience in systems engineering, sustainment engineering related to DoD programs is very much desired.
• These individuals would be assigned engineering tasks associated with sustaining and maintaining Army weapon systems and managing parts obsolescence.
• Additionally, they may also be assigned to support systems engineering tasks of ongoing programs of record supporting various Army Project Manager Offices.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOW), Cost estimation, market surveys.
• Experience in Production, Configuration Management, testing, failure analysis.
• Experience in obsolesce management and mitigation.
• Experience in the performance of maintenance task analyses, development of maintenance allocation charts (MACs) and repair parts and special tools lists (RPSTLs).
• Experience with both Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) and Repair Bill of Material (RBOM)
• Performance of level of repair analyses and source of repair analyses (LORA/SORA)

Required Education:

• ABET Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
