Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:

• Five-plus years’ experience providing Six Sigma training

• Six Sigma certification

• Training capability and experience in both the Yellow Belt and Green Belt levels

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area

Substitution for Education:

• Additional 4 years’ related experience

• Additional 2 years’ related experience, with an Associate’s degree
